We are committed to protecting your personal information. Molten Store will never reveal your personal details to any third parties, nor are we privy to any of your credit card information (all transactions are facilitated by our secure partner, eWay, via the Commonwealth Bank of Australia).

 

 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY GOODIES?

 

Thanks for placing an order with us! You will receive an email from us once your goodies have been parcelled up and a tracking number has been generated for you. 

 

We endeavour to post out all orders placed before 3pm on the same day we receive them however at times it can take up to two business days for orders to be despatched.

 

We ship via DHL courier, so if you live in a metropolitan area you should receive your parcel the morning after it has been shipped. If you live in a regional area, expect to receive your parcel within one or two business days.

 

DHL requires a signature upon delivery so we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers. 

 

 

 

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

 

Delivery times can vary depending on where in the world you reside, so if you are awaiting a Molten Store parcel and would like an update on its whereabouts, you can contact us via jamesstreet@moltenstore.com. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MY ORDER SAYS ‘AWAITING FULFILMENT’. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

 

If your order is awaiting fulfilment, it means that we have received your order successfully and are yet to parcel up your goodies. Hold tight, you’ll receive another update from us shortly to confirm that your order is on the way.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

 

Once we have received your return, we’ll process it immediately. If you have opted for a refund, we will refund your purchase price less shipping via the method you used to complete your original transaction.
