When can I expect to receive my goodies?
Thanks for placing an order with us! How exciting. We endeavour to post out all orders placed before 3pm on the same day we receive them however at times it can take up to two business days for orders to be despatched.
If you opted for express delivery and live in a metropolitan area, you should receive your parcel the morning after it has been shipped. If you live in a regional area, expect to receive your parcel within one or two business days.
If you opted for regular parcel post, the official word from Australia Post is that you should receive your parcel within five business days, although it’s usually much faster than that (most Brisbane-based customers receive their regular registered post parcels overnight!)
Our international customers can select from two delivery methods; registered regular or registered express postage. Delivery times can vary so if you are awaiting a Molten Store parcel and would like an update on its whereabouts, you can contact us here.
My order says ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’. What does that mean?
If your order is awaiting fulfilment, it means that we have received your order successfully and are yet to parcel up your goodies. Hold tight, you’ll receive another update from us shortly to confirm that your order is on the way.
Something I love is out of stock! How can I get my hands on it?
Send us a love note via firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall do our best to help you out.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, we’ll process it immediately. If you have opted for a refund, we will refund your purchase price less shipping via the method you used to complete your original transaction. If you have any questions regarding the status of your return, contact us here.

Molten Store has two physical locations in Brisbane, Australia. You can find us on James Street in Fortitude Valley and in Westfield Carindale.
