What's involved in an appointment?
Your initial appointment is the first step towards realising your custom vision. Obligation free, these sessions give you the chance to meet our jewellery team, discuss your ideas and share your inspirations. From here, our team can assess your needs and provide you with quotes for your custom piece. Once you’re happy with the plan, one more appointment is usually all that’s needed to lock down fine details like sizing and timelines. Generally, the next time we meet with you will be to deliver the finished product. Rest assured our team will keep in touch to update you on your custom piece every step of the way.
I have an existing piece of jewellery I want to reinvent. Can you do this?
Of course! We’re passionate about giving old jewellery pieces a new lease on life.

What can I expect to spend?
The cost of a custom piece varies from project to project. We will always do our best to work with your budget. Most quotes start at $2000 AUD.
I’ve got big ideas. Are there any limits to what we can create?
We can make anything you dream up. Our forte is engagement rings and wedding bands, however we love working on new and exciting projects!

Is there parking available at the Annex?
Yes. Ample free underground parking is available beneath our neighbour Portofino Apartments. Entry can be made via 101 Allen Street, Hamilton.
Do you do after hours appointments?

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
We suggest bringing the following things with you to your appointment.
Your exisiting piece of jewellery (if you are seeking to reinvent something).
A ring that fits well (if you are seeking to create a custom ring).
Can I bring people with me?
Yes. The more, the merrier! Just let us know who you’ll be bringing with you when you complete your booking form.
How long will it take for the whole process to be complete?
Timelines vary from project to project. However, we can estimate that the majority of our custom pieces can be completed within 6 to 8 weeks. If you have a specific date you are working towards, like a wedding or birthday, we will do our best to work towards it.
Where will my custom piece be made?
It’s up to you! Your custom piece can be made in either our Brisbane Studio or our Bangkok Studio. Our jewellery team will discuss your options with you and guide you towards the right decision for you, taking into account pricing, timelines and materials.
How do you source the materials?
The majority of the precious metals we use are recycled Australian gold and silver. The majority of precious stones we used are reclaimed from vintage jewellery. When we are after a particular stone that we cannot source from our collection of reclaimed stones, we source through our worldwide network of gem merchants and cutters. When a customer wants to reinvent an existing piece, we will use a combination of existing and new materials.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. We require a 30% deposit on your custom piece before we start production. This deposit is non-refundable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept EFTPOS, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, bank desposit, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
