We endeavour to post out all orders placed before 12pm on the same day we receive them however at times it can take up to two business days for orders to be despatched from our Brisbane headquarters.
Molten Store has appointed DHL as the official courier for all online orders. Orders placed before 12.00pm on weekdays will be posted on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays will not be posted until the following business day. Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For all domestic orders, please allow 1-2 business days for parcels to arrive.
If you live in a regional area, please allow three business days to receive your parcel, however most of Australia can be reached within 1-2 business days. We offer delivery by DHL Express Postage ($11.00) at the checkout, unless your order is over $150 in which case you will receive complimentary postage. This method of delivery can be tracked and if at any time you have a query regarding your parcel you can contact our Customer Care team who are happy to help you on either (07) 3843 3478 or via email@example.com.
International orders are delivered via DHL Express Courier International. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your parcel.
When placing an international order you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once your package arrives in your designated country, and your order may be subject to Customs inspections or fees based upon your country's specific regulations. Molten Store cannot be held responsible for any delay or additional cost incurred as a result of Customs, nor can we be held responsible for any additional Customs fees or taxes incurred if products are returned.
