Please note that we’re unable to offer returns for 'final sale' products, customised items (including re-sized or rhodium plated), or for fragrances or pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
In Store Returns
If you’ve made a purchase in store, you’re welcome to return your finery within 14 days for an exchange or store credit however we are unable to refund due to change of mind. Simply pop in store with your item & proof of purchase & we'll gladly assist you. If you'd like to exchange your item for something new, you're welcome to phone us & we can arrange a hold for you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll apply store credit to your customer account. This store credit is valid for six months and can be used online or for in store purchases. To redeem your store credit online, login to your customer account and select ‘Account Credit’ as your payment method at the checkout. Type in how much of your credit you wish to redeem and click ‘Apply’. To redeem your store credit in store, simply confirm your name at the checkout and we’ll look up the credit available on your account.
