Please note that we’re unable to offer returns for 'final sale' products, customised items (including re-sized or rhodium plated), or for fragrances or pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Any gift-with-purchase items received with your order will also need to be returned, in order to qualify for a refund.
In Store Returns
We offer exchanges for new product or store credit on any purchases made in store or online within 14 days of purchase provided proof of purchase can be supplied. Please note we do not refund for change of mind.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll apply store credit to your customer account. This store credit is valid for six months and can be used online or for in store purchases.
To redeem your store credit online, login to your customer account and select ‘Account Credit’ as your payment method at the checkout. Type in how much of your credit you wish to redeem and click ‘Apply’.
To redeem your store credit in store, simply confirm your name at the checkout and we’ll look up the credit available on your account.
