Delivery within Australia

We send all orders via Australia Post Express with signature upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your tracking number so you can track its journey from our door to yours. Please allow up to two business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Click + Collect

Shop online & pick up your finery in store at a time that is convenient for you. We’re open later during December too! Simply select Click & Collect as your method of delivery at checkout.

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection via email, usually within a few hours of our purchase.

Remember to bring your Driver License with you as proof of ID when you pop in to collect. Prefer someone else collect on your behalf? Contact us to let us know.

Online Returns

You’re welcome to return an online purchase for a refund, exchange or a store credit within 14 days. Contact us with your preference and we’ll happily assist, guiding you on how to return your finery.  

Please note that we’re unable to offer returns for 'final sale' products, customised items (including re-sized or rhodium plated), or for fragrances or pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Any gift-with-purchase items received with your order will also need to be returned, in order to qualify for a refund.

In Store Returns

If you’ve made a purchase in store, you’re welcome to return your finery within 14 days for an exchange or store credit however we are unable to refund due to change of mind.

Simply pop in store with your item & proof of purchase & we'll gladly assist you. If you'd like to exchange your item for something new, you're welcome to phone us & we can arrange a hold for you.

International Shipping

We send all international orders via Australia Post Express Courier International with signature upon delivery and domestic tracking.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your tracking number. Your order will be delivered to Australia Post’s corresponding region specific service partner, upon arriving in your nominated country.

Please allow up to four business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

All orders over $99 ship for free to where ever you are in the world.

Express shipping within Australia for orders below $99 is $10.

Express shipping to New Zealand for orders below $99 is $15.

Express shipping to anywhere else in the world (including USA and UK) for orders below $99 is $25.

Please note that any international orders may be charged customs duties & taxes by your local customs authority. This is not set, charged, covered or controlled by Molten Store.

17 December is the last day an order can be placed, anticipating its arrival prior to Christmas Day.

The shipping time frames quoted above are approximate only & may be subject to change as a result of factors beyond our control.

Orders totalling $350 or more are insured with transit cover. This insurance covers parcels should they be deemed ‘lost in transit’ by Australia Post.
