Returns Policy

 

Molten Store offers exchanges for change of mind on all items excluding pierced earrings (for hygeine reasons), fragrances and candles. Please see our policies below for In-store & Online purchases. 

Where possible, Molten Store will offer to repair faulty items. If you would prefer an exchange, we are more than happy to replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. If your item is unable to be repaired or replaced you will receive a full refund, less any shipping and handling costs.

 

 

 

 

CHRISTMAS 2018 - EXTENDED RETURNS

 

For any purchase made from the 1st of December, both in store and online, you are more than welcome to return your goodies to us, for an exchange or gift credit (six month validity) until the 7th of January 2019 (unless ofcourse our regular policy exceeds this date for you).

IN STORE RETURNS & PURCHASES

 

You are more than welcome to return your goodies to us in store, for an exchange or gift credit (six month validity) within 14 days of your date of purchase. You can find us at Shop 1 / 49 James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane Queensland 4006. ONLINE ORDERS - AUSTRALIA 

 

You are more than welcome to return an item for a refund within seven days of the purchase delivery date. We also offer returns for exchange or gift credit (six month validity), within fourteen days of the purchase delivery date.

While the postage method you use is up to you, we recommend that you post a return to us via registered post as Molten Store cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

ONLINE ORDERS - INTERNATIONAL 

 

You are more than welcome to exchange or return an item within 14 days of the purchase date.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. We will not accept returns for fragrances or candles so please select carefully.
 

Requests for a product exchange are subject to availability and exchanges items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality assessment by Molten Store Customer Care.
 

Refunds (sale price less the original delivery charge) will be processed via the original payment method within 1 day of your item being received by Molten Store Customer Care. If you would prefer a store credit, which can be used for future Molten Store purchases within six months, simply email us with your request (it's like giving a gift certificate to yourself!)
