Receive free worldwide shipping on all orders $99 and over.

Australia

All Australian orders are dispatched via Australia Post, complete with tracking number and signature upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, we will email you a copy of your tracking number.

All Australian orders over $99 are sent via Australia Post Express Post. All Australian orders under $99 can be express posted (please allow 1-2 business days for delivery) for $10.00.

International

All International orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express Courier International, complete with domestic tracking and signature upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, you shall be updated with all tracking details.  Once arriving in the nominated country, the order is delivered with Australia Post’s corresponding service partner specific to that region.

All New Zealand orders under $99 can be express posted (please allow 2-4 business days for delivery) for only $15.00.

All ROW orders under $99 can be express posted (please allow 2-4 business days for delivery) for only $25.00.

Additional Information

All orders totalling $350AUD or more are insured with transit cover. This insurance covers parcels should they be deemed ‘lost in transit’ by Australia Post.

Domestic & International order shipping time frames are approximate only, and may be subject to change as a result of external factors outside of Molten Store’s control.

Returns & Exchanges

Molten Store happily offers customers an exchange in the event of change-of-mind. Please refer to Additional Information for exclusions and postage requirements.

Wherever possible, Molten Store will offer to repair claimed faulty items within 6 months from the date of purchase. Should you prefer an exchange, we will happily replace the item for the same product (subject to availability). If your item is unable to be repaired or replaced, we will happily refund the cost of the product (less shipping / handling costs).

Should you wish to return an item, you are more than welcome to visit us in store within 14 days of purchase and receive an exchange or store credit (valid for 6 months).

Australian Online

Should you wish to return an item, you are more than welcome to post your purchase back within 7 days of your order delivery date. We also offer exchange or store credit (valid for 6 months), within 14 days of order delivery date. Should you require this option, please email us at hithere@moltenstore.com, including your order number and any relevant information.

International Online

Should you wish to exchange or return an item, you are more than welcome to post your purchase back to us within 14 days of the purchase date.

Exchanges

Requests for product exchanges are subject to availability.

Exchanged item/s will be dispatched once the returned item/s have been received, in original, unused and re-sellable condition, and has undergone assessment by Molten Store customer care.

Refunds received will total the original cost of sale, less the cost of delivery.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, within one business day of your item being received and assessed by our customer care team.   

Should a store credit be preferred, simply contain this information in your email to us.

Store credit acquired through a return or exchange is valid for 6 months.

Additional Information

Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.

For Health & Safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for pierced jewellery.

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for fragrances.

Should an item require posting back to Molten Store, postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stipulated).

The choice of postage method is up to your discretion, though we highly recommend using Registered Post as Molten Store cannot be held responsible in the event of lost parcels.

Without the return of the product in question, Molten Store is unable to honour any exchange or refund.
