Together, we can explore a diamond or coloured gemstone you’re drawn to, a design you love, or what you want a piece to express.
The shape of a diamond, the colour of a gemstone or the character of a particular cut can each suggest a different direction for your piece. We can help you explore those possibilities through our Gemstone Library and our expertise in sourcing diamonds, considering each stone in relation to the design you want to create.

A Molten Store signature, made personal
Our Signature Settings are distinctive Molten Store ring designs you can see and try on, making proportion, presence and stone choices easier to imagine. From there, we can explore how stone, colour, precious metal and detail could shape the Bespoke piece you create with us.
Ideas, references and images can also give a Bespoke commission its starting point. We interpret what draws you to them and develop the concept with you, bringing Molten Store’s expertise in proportion, form, materials and wearability to a design with its own character.

Jewellery remodelling
Jewellery you already own can become part of what you create next. We’ll explore which stones or details could carry forward, and how they might find a new place in the design.
Through Gold Swap, eligible solid gold or platinum jewellery can also contribute store credit towards your Bespoke commission.

We bring our design judgement to proportion, material and how the piece will be worn, explaining the choices as we refine the design together.
Confirm the details
You approve the final design and quote before the commission enters production. Beyond collection, our Bespoke specialists are here to help you care for your piece, with guidance on everyday wear and maintenance over time.
Planning your Bespoke commission
Timeframe
Allow approximately 6 to 12 weeks after final design approval and deposit payment. We’ll guide you on individual timing for intricate designs or specially sourced stones.
Deposit
A 50% production deposit allows us to begin your approved commission. The balance is due before collection.
Pricing
Your quote reflects the design, materials and stone choice. We prepare it once the direction and scope are clear.
Fixed dates
Let us know your date early so we can advise on timing, including design development before production.
