Marketing Automation Specialist (FULL-TIME)

At Molten Store, we are treasure hunters at our core. We're obsessed with jewellery and the unique stories they tell.

We're looking for a talented Marketing Automation Specialist to help us engage, acquire, retain and delight our customers via email and SMS.

As the Marketing Automation Specialist, your role scope will include the below:

- Be the source of authority on Marketing Automation strategy and vision within the Molten Store business, championing the topic and educating peers as required to lead a culture of customer-centric systems thinking.

- Define and uphold the Marketing Automation Strategy to drive audience engagement, acquisition, retention, conversions and loyalty.

- Drive innovation around Molten Store's approach to marketing automation, prioritising a modern concierge-style service and selling experience to reinforce brand and product positioning. 

- Determine data acquisition and segmentation strategies across all marketing channels and take responsibility for the growth and profitable segmentation of our email and sms subscriber lists.  

- Build strong relationships with key team members (Ecomm Lead, Product Lead, Retail Lead) to ensure marketing automations are insightful and in line with the overall business objectives.

- Work with key team members to ensure marketing automations and data-acquisition tactics are supported by the broader business (ie front line retail team, brand team, etc). 

- Support the Ecomm Lead and Brand team by advising on customer journey and implementing automations to ensure a consistent and present connectivity between brand and customer. 

- Manage the marketing calendar, identifying and adding key milestones in line with seasonal opportunities (ie gifting) and in support of Product Drops and Activations, scheduling automation updates and email newsletter / SMS deployment accordingly.

- Create and deploy email automation and newsletters + SMS automations and blasts in line with the marketing calendar.

- Develop a visual aesthetic and tone of voice for Molten Store's email and SMS communications, taking guidance from Brand Lead and Founder when required. 

- Create + deploy website pop ups as directed by the Ecommerce Lead.

- Analyse and form insightful conclusions based on reporting data, providing recommendations and taking actions for continuous improvement for campaigns and system workflows.

Brand Manager (FULL-TIME)

At Molten Store, we are treasure hunters at our core. We're obsessed with jewellery and the unique stories they tell.

As the Brand Manager, your role scope will include the below:

- Be the source of authority on brand strategy and vision within the Molten Store business, championing the topic and coaching peers as required to ensure brand conventions are upheld across all internal and external touchpoints.

- Work with the Founder to define, document and uphold the Brand Strategy on an ongoing basis to drive customer engagement, acquisition, retention, conversions and loyalty. 

- Drive innovation around Molten Store's approach to brand marketing, responding to market conditions and product opportunities while celebrating our core brand DNA.

- Demonstrate a commercial acumen, leveraging brand equity to drive customer acquisition and conversions. 

- Demonstrate a commitment to truly knowing our customer, analyzing quantitative and qualitative reporting data to form insightful conclusions, take actions, and give accurate guidance to team members as required.

- Define a persona (character and tone of voice) for the Molten Store brand, ensuring product and market positioning are understood by the broader team.

- Work with the Head of Product to define brand positioning and market strategies for our product categories (engagement rings, wedding bands, vintage jewellery, accessories, etc). 

- Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to ensure all email and SMS automations and sends reflect the brand persona and product positioning strategies. 

- Work with the Project Manager, Head of Product and Retail Lead to ensure service strategies and supporting CX are on brand. 

- Define and oversee the growth marketing strategy of our social media channels, coaching the Brand Coordinator towards KPI targets while ensuring a high standard of brand integrity is maintained.

- Oversee the weekly / monthly social media content schedule, guiding the Brand Coordinator, Photographer and Content Writer on execution and managing all approvals to ensure a high standard is maintained.

- Oversee the monthly activation calendar, working with the Retail Lead and Brand Coordinator to execute IRL events to drive engagement, social media growth, conversions and data capture on a regular basis. 

- Work with the Ecomm Lead and External Agency to ensure all Paid Search and Social reflects our brand and product positioning.

- Define the brand collaboration strategy and oversee all collaborations (digital and IRL), delegating to the Brand Coordinator as required.

- Work with the Photographer to define a photography style guide in line with brand persona and channel objectives.

Head of Product (FULL-TIME)

At Molten Store, we are treasure hunters at our core. We're obsessed with jewellery and the unique stories they tell.

As the Head of Product, your role scope will include the below:

- Be the source of authority on product within Molten Store, defining and championing a strong product ethos to internal and external stakeholders, informing the retail + brand + ecomm functions

- Guide Molten Store's product evolution, demonstrating a deep commitment to truly knowing our customer and evolving our product swathe from its current incarnation and beyond to delight and surprise our clientele

- Oversee the design, development, and production of all fine jewellery ranges

- Oversee the vintage buy, sourcing directly from within our partner network

- Oversee the product calendar, allocating stock to drops + destinations

- Oversee the Bespoke and Custom product strategy and implementation, from product development, execution, insight, training, and informing creative / retail + ecomm activation strategy

- Host in-person appointments for Custom jewellery appointments

- Ensure retail teams are equipped and empowered to host clientele for Bespoke jewellery appointments through training and service design

- Set category % sales targets for retail + ecomm departments based on stock performance and stock on hand

- Set sales incentive targets for retail, bringing Molten Store's incentives structure in line with industry standard to ensure hiring environment is competitive

- Define and implement a stock rotation strategy, working with HO and Retail team members to facilitate to best effect

- Oversee all team product training, working closely with the Retail Cluster Manager, Senior Jewellery Consultants, Boutique Managers + key HO team members to ensure high product acumen across all consumer touch points

- Design and implement a sales strategy to elevate the customer experience across all price points and customer touchpoints (in store, by-appointment, click and collect, Virtually With You)

- Work with external and internal production partners on and off shore as required

- Source new production and findings-supply partners as required

- Experience in retail sales, ideally in jewellery (but not essential!)
