Careers | E-Commerce and Content Coordinator, Brisbane Head Office
About Molten Store
Molten Store is a destination for meaningful gifts, artistry, and personal expression. Bridging sentimentality with creativity, we specialise in fine jewellery crafted with heart – from bespoke engagement rings to ready-to-wear pieces that celebrate life’s everyday and extraordinary moments. Our omni-channel presence spans immersive boutiques and a curated e-commerce platform, both united by the belief that every piece tells a story.
The Role Opportunity
We’re seeking a digitally-savvy, detail-obsessed E-commerce and Content Coordinator to help drive Molten Store’s online performance and visual storytelling. This role sits at the intersection of ecommerce operations and marketing execution, with a focus on platform excellence, content production, and channel coordination.
You’ll take ownership of our product uploads and digital merchandising, while also contributing lo-fi video content and campaign assets that bring our jewellery to life online. This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role where creative thinking and problem-solving are just as important as precision and process.
If you love polishing pixels, optimising online journeys, and turning ideas into clicks – this one’s for you.
Your Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Management & Product Merchandising
-
Own the end-to-end product upload process: copywriting, metadata tagging, image and video asset filing and upload, variant creation, and product drop go-live on Shopify.
-
Assist with the coordination of on-site content – including homepage refreshes, collection curation, navigation updates, product drops, and seasonal campaigns.
-
Collaborate with the Merchandise Coordinator to ensure all product listings reflect accurate jewellery terminology and inventory values, naming conventions, and pricing.
-
Actively endeavour to troubleshoot any website issues or anomalies across product data, customer journeys, or merchandising logic, escalating internally and coordinating with developers where required.
-
Liaise with the Retail Operations Manager to resolve any online-to-store order flow issues (e.g. dispatch delays, fulfilment updates).
-
Bring a conversion-first mindset to everything you touch on the site – your goal is to increase traffic, reduce bounce, and improve customer flow.
Content Creation: Reels, Stories & TikTok
-
Plan, film, and edit short-form lo-fi content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok, showcasing our products, process, behind-the-scenes, and brand moments.
-
Launch and grow our TikTok channel, experimenting with creative formats that align with Molten Store’s tone of voice and visual style.
-
Assist with content production for paid advertising assets, working with internal and freelance creative teams to deliver on-brief, engaging creatives. Any hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager would be highly regarded.
Content Execution
-
Contribute to campaign rollout across the website, organic social and paid digital
-
Use Canva (or Adobe Suite) to create simple but elevated graphic assets for digital placements (site tiles, ad resizes, promotional overlays) as required
-
Assist with seasonal in-store marketing deliverables – e.g. event signage and QR code lead capture tools.
Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting
-
Monitor site performance daily – keep an eye on live listings, customer journeys, and Shopify data to identify friction points or opportunities.
-
Track ecommerce KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic sources) and contribute learnings to team discussions.
-
Take initiative when problems arise: whether it's a broken page, a content gap, or a missing product photo, you roll up your sleeves to solve it or escalate appropriately.
What You’ll Bring (Or Be Willing to Learn)
-
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, ecommerce or digital content role – ideally within jewellery or a related sector.
-
Shopify fluency, with experience in product uploads, visual merchandising, collection management and homepage updates.
-
Confidence in creating lo-fi video content for Reels and TikTok (editing via in-app or tools like CapCut).
-
Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to follow brand tone, from product photography to campaign visuals.
-
Comfort working across Canva (must-have) and Adobe Suite (nice-to-have).
-
Highly organised with an eagle eye for detail and a love of lists, processes and deadlines.
-
A collaborative approach and willingness to own your lane – you get things done, and you’re always thinking about what could be improved.
Success in This Role Looks Like
-
Products are published with zero errors, presented beautifully, and launch smoothly on time.
-
Homepage, navigation and collection pages are consistently up to date, clean, and conversion-optimised.
-
TikTok and Reels content is frequent, engaging and aligned with our brand voice.
-
Site issues are caught early, resolved fast, and your initiative builds trust across the team.
