All services and repairs require original proof of purchase and the item/s you'd like to submit for assessment.

We will ask for proof of ID upon collection to ensure your serviced piece/s are going back to the right home.

We offer same day in-store repairs on demi fine pieces, within 3 months of purchase.

Drop your demi fine finery off with our friendly Boutique team, go and enjoy some time to yourself, then pop back for collection once notified that your repair is ready.

Same day in-store repairs include:

• extension chain removal
• jump ring tightening
• chain detangling

We recommend that you submit your fine jewellery for an annual service, as a maintenance care minimum.

If you have any particular concerns or notice something sooner, bring your piece in for assessment.

Each service attracts its own cost due to the unique nature of each fine jewellery piece. Often the true condition of your finery will only be known once under a microscope with our Studio team.

Wherever possible, our Boutique team will provide you with an on-the-spot quote for your service. They will be back in touch with you should this quote change upon assessment.
