A finished piece may be exactly what you want. Or the stone, shape or detail that catches your eye may become the beginning of something made with us.
Your Gold Swap credit can go towards jewellery from Molten Store or a Bespoke commission. We can explore a Gemstone Library stone, a reference or an idea of your own, then develop the design with you.
Every step explained before you decide
Bring any solid yellow, rose, or white gold jewellery, or any platinum jewellery, to our James Street boutique. After a brief check in, we securely send your jewellery to our studio for non damaging XRF assessment. Once the assessment is complete, we contact you with a credit offer based on its precious metal value.
You can choose to accept or decline your offer. If you decline, we arrange the return of your jewellery. Your offer remains open for five days. If you accept, we issue your credit within one business day of completing ID verification. Your credit is valid for three years, giving you time to choose what comes next.
What could your stones become?
If your jewellery includes precious gemstones you would like to repurpose, we can assess whether suitable stones could become part of a new Bespoke design.
The gold or platinum can still be valued through Gold Swap, with the store credit put towards the commission.
