Processing

Orders may take 2–3 business days to prepare before dispatch. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and do not include delays caused by customs.

Australian shipping

Express shipping is A$9.95 for orders under A$99. Express shipping is complimentary for orders of A$99 or more. Signature or Authority to Leave is available as configured at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking number.

Click + Collect

Shop online and collect your finery from our James Street boutique at a time that is convenient for you. Select Click + Collect at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready for collection, usually within a few hours of purchase during boutique opening hours.

Please bring photo identification when collecting your order. If someone else will collect on your behalf, contact us to let us know.

International shipping

Choose tracked Standard or Express delivery at checkout. All prices below are in Australian dollars. Delivery estimates are measured in business days from dispatch.

These shipping charges apply regardless of order value. International availability is determined at checkout. European delivery currently excludes Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. If your destination does not appear, please contact us before ordering.

Duties and taxes

For orders to the United States, Molten Store prepays applicable import duties and taxes, so you should not be asked to pay these charges on delivery.

For other international destinations, any tax or duty shown at checkout is included in the amount you pay to Molten Store. If no such charge is shown, the recipient may be asked by customs or the local carrier to pay import duty, VAT/GST, clearance or handling fees before delivery. These charges vary by country, order value and product classification.

Tracking and delivery timing

All international services include tracking. Signature availability depends on the selected service and destination. We will email your tracking details after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Customs processing, regional and remote delivery may add time.
