The recipient receives the gift card by email with a unique code. One e Gift Card can be sent to one recipient in each order.

It can be redeemed online or at our James Street boutique and is valid for three years from issue. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card for another purchase.

Shipping:

Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email.

• Australian shipping: Express is A$9.95 for orders under A$99 and complimentary for orders of A$99 or more.
• International shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout. All international services include tracking. For US orders, Molten Store prepays applicable import duties and taxes. For other destinations, any tax or duty shown at checkout is included; otherwise local import duties, VAT/GST, clearance or handling fees may be payable before delivery.
• Click & Collect: Shop online and pick up your purchase in-store at no extra cost.

Our fine jewellery is covered by a 12 month warranty period from the date of purchase.

Our demi fine jewellery is covered by a 3 month warranty period from the date of purchase. Valid for manufacturing faults and defects only.
