At Molten Store, our fine jewellery is crafted with integrity, precision, and enduring materials.
We offer a 24 month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase, covering faults in workmanship or structural defects in fine jewellery and bespoke pieces.
Beyond our warranty coverage, we provide lifetime repair services, resizing, and maintenance support to preserve the structure and wearability of your piece. Our team will always guide you toward the most appropriate solution, with clarity around timelines and costs where applicable.

Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by wear and tear
• Loss of or damage to stones
• Accidental damage, including impact or improper use
• Resizing or alterations completed outside Molten Store
• Damage resulting from exposure to chemicals
• Broken chains resulting from snagging or force

Some services are complimentary, while others may incur a fee depending on the nature of the work and the time since purchase.
We include one complimentary standard ring resize (up to two sizes up or down) within 12 months of collection on Bespoke and Atelier rings.
Resizing requests beyond this period are available at a service fee, subject to design feasibility.
Replenish the bright white finish of white gold pieces through professional re-plating.
We include one complimentary rhodium re-plating service within 12 months of purchase on all white gold rings.
Regular assessment of your jewellery's claws can help prevent avoidable stone loss. We offer complimentary lifetime claw inspections, with minor claw tightening included within the first 12 months of wear.
We offer complimentary lifetime visual stone and setting inspections to ensure ongoing durability and security. Over time, claws may wear with friction. If re-tipping or rebuilding is required to secure your stones, we can provide a quote following assessment.
Should your piece experience accidental damage or require structural repair, our workshop can restore it with care and precision.
All repair work outside manufacturing warranty coverage is assessed individually, with clear guidance on timelines and associated costs before proceeding.
