Do I need to book or can I just walk in?

While walk-ins are welcome, booking a consultation allows you to receive personalised guidance from our expert team to bring your dream custom piece to life. During this dedicated time, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your vision, explore design options, and have and have all your questions answered.

What should I expect from the consultation?

Prior to your consultation, we'll reach out to you to for an initial conversation around what you're looking for. During your obligation-free consultation, our friendly team will work closely with you to capture your vision and preferences. We'll discuss design options, offer guidance, and assist with jewellery sizing.

Can I bring someone else with me?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring someone with you, whether it's a partner, friend, family member, or anyone whose opinion you value. Their input can be valuable during the decision-making process and having someone there to share this exciting experience with can enhance the joy of creating your custom piece.

Do I need to book in for a Gemstone Garden event?

Our Gemstone Garden events are held on the first Saturday of each month at our James Street boutique and are a showcase of our newest gemstones. Bookings are not required to attend, however if you're planning a visit on that day and would prefer a dedicated time slot to speak one-on-one with a member of our team, bookings are recommended.

Do I need to make a booking to view the gemstones you have in store?

No, our gemstones are available for viewing at our boutiques anytime during our trading hours. However, we recommend making a booking if there is a specific type of gemstone you're hoping to view as this will give us time to prepare for your visit.
