At Molten Store, our demi-fine pieces are designed with the same intention as everything we create, to be chosen, worn, and lived in.
Crafted in sterling silver and gold vermeil, these designs are made for daily rhythm. Pieces you reach for without hesitation, that settle into your routine and gather meaning over time.
These materials carry a natural softness, designed to move with you and wear in over time, developing a lived-in character unique to how they’re kept. Thoughtful care plays a role in this. We encourage all customers to familiarise themselves with our care guidance to extend the life of each piece.
Our warranty is designed to be clear, fair, and in line with Australian jewellery industry standards.
Warranty Details
Three months from the date of purchase. Please note that proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Our demi-fine jewellery warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults that affect the structural integrity of a piece.
Examples may include:
- Structural weaknesses present at the time of manufacture
- Defects that cause breakage despite appropriate wear and care
All warranty claims are assessed individually by our boutique team to determine whether the issue meets the definition of a manufacturing fault.
General wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by everyday use or improper care.
The following are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under warranty:
- Broken chains
- Tarnishing or surface wear
- Lost, chipped, or damaged stones or pearls
- Bent rings or misshapen jewellery due to impact or pressure
- Damage caused by accidental knocks, snagging, or force
- Wear resulting from exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning products
- Damage caused by improper storage or lack of care
Molten Store is not responsible for lost jewellery.
Our demi-fine jewellery warranty does not cover change of mind purchases.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Where possible, we may be able to assist with repair services for demi-fine jewellery outside of warranty coverage.
Repairs are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the design, materials, and condition of the piece. Availability, suitability, and pricing of repairs will be confirmed following assessment.
We encourage customers to contact us before arranging any third-party repairs, as unauthorised work may impact future support options.
Our warranty sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
This means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if an item has a major fault, and to have items repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards.
These rights apply independently of our warranty and are not limited by it.
At Molten Store, every piece is assessed with care and considered attention, ensuring a resolution that reflects both our standards and our obligations.
