Do I need to book a consultation or can I just walk in to see the gemstones?
What should I expect from the consultation?
Prior to your consultation, we'll reach out to you to for an initial conversation around what you're looking for. During your obligation-free consultation, our friendly team will work closely with you to capture your vision and preferences. We'll discuss design options, offer guidance, and assist with jewellery sizing.
Can I bring someone else with me?
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring someone with you, whether it's a partner, friend, family member, or anyone whose opinion you value. Their input can be valuable during the decision-making process and having someone there to share this exciting experience with can enhance the joy of creating your custom piece.
Do I need to book in for a Gemstone Garden event?
Our Gemstone Garden events are held on the first weekend of each month at our James Street boutique and are a showcase of our newest gemstones. Bookings are not required to attend, however if you're planning a visit on that day and would prefer a dedicated time slot to speak one-on-one with a member of our team, bookings are recommended.
Do I need to make a booking to view the gemstones you have in store?
No, our gemstones are available for viewing at in our boutiques anytime during our trading hours. However, we recommend making a booking if there is a specific type of gemstone you're hoping to view as this will give us time to prepare for your visit.
