Molten Store x Mondo Hire 2024 competition | Win a $1,000 styling experience
Promotion Period:
The competition commences at 12:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 20th November 2024 and ends at 11:59pm on Friday, 20th December 2024 ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility:
Entry is open to all residents of Australia, except for employees and their immediate families of Molten Store and Mondo Hire ("Promoters") and their related companies. Immediate family includes any of the following (whether natural, step, or adopted): spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, or first cousin.
How to Enter:
To enter the competition, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
- Complete the entry form available through the Promoter’s digital marketing channels or via QR code in-store.
- Provide the required information, including full name, email address, and postcode and response to the entry question.
Additional Entry:
Entrants may obtain an additional entry by submitting their phone number via a secondary form linked after the initial entry submission.
Only one initial entry and one additional entry per person is permitted.
Prize:
The prize for the competition consists of:
- $500 AUD Molten Store gift card redeemable on one or more purchases in-store or online (valid for three years)
- $500 AUD Mondo Hire gift card redeemable on one or more clothing hires from their vintage collection (valid for three years)
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
Winner Selection:
There will be one (1) winner selected within 14 days of the competition closing.
The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
The winner will be determined by a judging panel at the offices of the Promoters. The Promoters reserve the right, at their discretion, to draw additional valid reserve entries in case of an invalid entry or where an ineligible entrant is drawn.
General Terms:
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to allow the Promoters to use their response to the entry question, along with their first name, for promotional purposes related to the competition.
By participating, entrants agree to receive updates and marketing communications from Molten Store and Mondo Hire. Entrants must indicate their acceptance of this requirement upon entry.
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in any fraudulent or unethical behaviour. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity or details of any entrant, the Promoters reserve the right to determine, at their sole discretion, the identity or details of that entrant.
The Promoters’ decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to such decision or associated process.
