Employees (and their immediate families) of Molten Store and its related companies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family includes any of the following (whether natural, step, or adopted): spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, sibling, or first cousin.
• Entry Conditions: Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is permitted. All entries must be complete, legible, and submitted in accordance with the instructions provided for the specific promotion. Incomplete, indecipherable, or late entries may be deemed invalid at Molten Store’s absolute discretion.
• Offer Conditions: Prizes, discounts, and offers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. All discounts are valid for one use per customer unless explicitly stated and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases. Promotions and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified.
• Right to Modify: Molten Store reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
• Entry Verification & Disqualification: Molten Store reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who has tampered with the entry process or engaged in any conduct deemed fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to Molten Store’s goodwill or reputation.
• Final Decision: All decisions made by Molten Store regarding promotions and competitions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
