Complimentary express delivery is available within Australia.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your Milestone piece to be prepared before dispatch. If your ring is being resized, additional preparation time will be required and our team will confirm this with you.

You will receive tracking by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery time begins from dispatch.

International delivery

Available destinations are shown at checkout.

For international orders of AUD 2000 or more, Secure International Express delivery is A$75.

Orders of A$2,000 or more are sent through a specialist shipping partner. Molten Store arranges export and delivery.

Duties, taxes and customs clearance at the destination are the customer’s responsibility and may need to be paid before the order can arrive.

Tracking is provided after dispatch. Customs processing can add additional time to delivery.

Click & Collect

Complimentary Click & Collect is available from our James Street boutique.

Choose Click & Collect at checkout and wait for your ready for collection email before visiting the boutique.

Please bring photo ID when collecting your order. If someone else will collect for you, contact our team before collection.

Online layby orders must be fully paid before collection. If your ring is being resized, our team will confirm when it is ready.

Returns

Online purchases may be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. You can return your purchase by post or at our James Street boutique.

Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase or order details.

Returns are not available for final sale items including Jumble Sale pieces, customised pieces including resized items and custom orders, bespoke pieces, fragrances or pierced earrings for hygiene reasons.
