We champion ethically-sourced GIA-certified earth-mined natural diamonds and sustainable IGI-certified cultured lab-grown diamonds. Learn more about the difference between these diamond origins.
If you have a specific gemstone in mind, we may have something suitable in our Gemstone Library for you to view in person at one of our boutiques or via email. We also work with a trusted network of gemstone suppliers and can source any stone, subject to budget and availability.

All of the gold and platinum in our fine jewellery is recycled. We’re proud to source our precious metals via our Gold Swap recycling initiative.
Our precious metals are tested for purity at our Brisbane-based Assay Lab and are refined here in Queensland, ready for production.

In general, it takes between six to eight weeks to realise your custom piece, subject to stone sourcing and availability.

Focal gemstone: 1.01ct oval cut D colour VS2 clarity diamond
Customisations: The setting's standard white round brilliant cut diamonds were swapped for pale green pear cut sapphires.

Customisations: The setting's single claws were swapped for a double claw for added whimsy.

Can you accommodate rush orders?
While we can certainly do our best to accomodate a shorter timeline, it is not always possible. If you’re on a tight deadline, we suggest choosing from our array of one of a kind engagement rings.
Can I incorporate an heirloom stone?
We love working with heirloom stones! Please send a photograph and as much information on the stone as possible, including carat size, dimensions and GIA certification if applicable. Please have your stone appraised prior to your appointment to determine its valuation.
I don't live in Brisbane, do you work with clients remotely?
Yes, we do! If you're not in Brisbane, no worries. You can easily get in touch with us by phone at 07 3252 9850 or via email at customercare@moltenstore.com. Alternatively, you can submit an enquiry on our website, and we'll promptly respond. Additionally, feel free to book a remote consultation with us to discuss your needs further.
What if I get the ring size wrong?
Enjoy a complimentary resize (of up to five sizes up or down) on all fine rings within six months of purchase.
Can I pay the ring off over time?
You only need to place a 50% deposit to commence production on your custom ring. We offer flexible payment options such as Buy Now Pay Later, bank deposit, Gold Swap, and major credit cards.
