Australian shipping
All orders over $79 receive free express shipping. We send all Australian orders via Australia Post Express with signature upon delivery. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your tracking number so you can track its journey from our door to yours.
Click & Collect
All international orders over $250 receive free express shipping.We send all international orders via Australia Post Express Courier International with signature upon delivery and domestic tracking.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your tracking number. Your order will be delivered to Australia Post’s corresponding region specific service partner, upon arriving in your nominated country.
International shipping
All international orders over $250 receive free express shipping. We send all international orders via Australia Post Express Courier International with signature upon delivery and domestic tracking. Your order will be delivered to Australia Post’s corresponding region specific service partner, upon arriving in your nominated country.
Shipping charges
Express shipping within Australia for orders below $79 is $10. Express shipping to New Zealand for orders below $79 is $15. Express shipping to anywhere else in the world (including USA and UK) for orders below $250 is $25. Please note that any international orders may be charged customs duties & taxes by your local customs authority. This is not set, charged, covered or controlled by Molten Store.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a copy of your tracking number. Your order will be delivered to Australia Post’s corresponding region-specific service partner, upon arriving in your nominated country.

The shipping time frames quoted above are approximate only and may be subject to change as a result of factors beyond our control.
Orders totalling $350 or more are insured with transit cover. This insurance covers parcels should they be deemed ‘lost in transit’ by Australia Post.

Extended returns
Any purchases made in-store or via Click & Collect from 1st December until 24th December, 2024 will enjoy an extended returns policy, allowing returns to be made until 12th January, 2025. Please note that as stated in our full returns policy, in-store and Click & Collect purchases are entitled to an exchange or store credit, and not a refund. Final sale items excluded.
