Guide to cultured diamonds

Curious about cultured diamonds? Learn the five reasons why we think they're a brilliant choice for our bespoke engagement rings.

Create a cultured diamond ring

1. They are genuine diamonds

Cultured diamonds are real diamonds, not diamond alternatives like moissanite and cubic zirconia. Cultured and natural diamonds share the exact same physical and chemical properties, so are virtually indistinguishable from each other. The biggest difference you will find between natural and cultured diamonds is their origin.

2. They aren't mined

Cultured diamonds are created in laboratories, so eliminate the need for diamond mining. By choosing a cultured diamond, you can reduce the environmental impacts of your finery.

3. They have impressive clarity

Due to the highly controlled environment in which they form, cultured diamonds occur in higher clarity grades more frequently than natural diamonds. For our bespoke collection, we only offer Excellent quality cultured diamonds. Learn more about our bespoke diamond grading here.

4. They are affordable

Cultured diamonds are a very affordable option for those dreaming of a classic diamond ring. Due to the time and cost-effective way cultured diamonds are produced, their prices are much lower than natural diamonds.

5. You can get more for less

Since cultured diamonds are more affordable than natural diamonds, you will be able to put more of your budget towards your cultured diamond's size than if you choose a natural diamond.
