Final Sale Policy

All items marked as “Jumble Sale” are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

We encourage you to choose thoughtfully, as change-of-mind returns do not apply to these pieces.


Product Condition

All Jumble Sale items are brand new and meet our quality standards.
They are typically retiring styles or part of a limited end-of-season clearance.


Packaging & Presentation

Jumble Sale purchases are carefully packaged in our branded packaging.

Please note:

  • Our packaging is designed to allow multiple pieces to be bundled together in one parcel

  • If you require individual gift boxes for each item, please leave a note at checkout and our team will accommodate your request


Warranty & Repairs

Jumble Sale items are not covered by our standard warranty.

If your piece requires repair post-purchase, our team is happy to assess the request. Charges may apply depending on the scope of work.


Shipping

All Jumble Sale orders over $79 remain eligible for complimentary express shipping within Australia.
Standard international rates apply for overseas orders.
