Online returns

You’re welcome to return an online purchase via post or to one of our boutique locations for a refund, exchange or a store credit within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with your preference and we’ll happily assist, guiding you on how to return your finery.

Item/s must be unworn, unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase/order number supplied.

Please note that we’re unable to offer returns for 'final sale' products, customised items (including re-sized & custom orders), bespoke items or for fragrances or pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Any gift-with-purchase items received with your order will also need to be returned in order to qualify for a refund.

In-store returns

We offer exchanges or store credit on any purchases made in store or online within 14 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase can be supplied.

Lay-by

We offer lay-by for all purchases over $450 in store & over the phone.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of lay-by. The lay-by must be paid off in full, within the time period relevant to purchase price term, If the lay-by is cancelled the 25% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee.

All lay-bys are subject to our In Store Returns Policy.

Photo ID must be shown when picking up lay-bys.

Purchases under $2000 - 6 week lay-by term
Purchases from $2000 - $5000 - 8 week lay-by term
Purchases over $5000 - 12 week lay-by term
