Terms of use for customer ratings and reviews

First, the fun stuff:

We're always excited to hear about your product and/or service experiences. But before you hit "submit", let's go over some tips to ensure your reviews are helpful for other shoppers:

  1. Give it a whirl: To make your opinion truly valuable, be sure to try your product first. No crystal ball predictions here!
  2. Spill it all: To ensure your review gets your point across, be sure include your thoughts on all the features and benefits of your product, as well as anything you wish you'd known before purchasing.
  3. Make it brief: We're all about that Goldilocks balance; not too long, not too short, but just right. A range of 70 to 300 words is perfect.

 

What to avoid to keep it sweet:

  • No shade, please: Leave the inappropriate language, profanities, slurs, or any naughty stuff at the door. We're all about love here.
  • Safety first: We adore your enthusiasm, but let's keep personal details like full names, phone numbers, and email addresses under wraps.
  • No name-dropping: Keep the spotlight on us and steer clear of mentioning other companies or websites.
  • Be original: This is your chance to shine. Don't copy-paste quotes, links, or someone else's words. It's you we want to hear from!
  • Stay focused: Delivery, availability, careers, and customer service—those topics need a separate chat. If you have feedback or questions on those, chat to us directly. Our Rating & Reviews service is all about the product love.
  • Shine within the lines: Reviews that don't follow our guidelines might get lost in the jewellery box.

By submitting any content, including but not limited to ratings, reviews, photos and/or videos to Molten Store, you accept and agree to abide by all of the terms of use set out herein:

  1. Accuracy and truthfulness: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the content you provide in your rating or review. Please ensure that your feedback reflects your genuine experience with our products or services.
  2. Ownership and license: By submitting a rating or review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the content in any media.
  3. Content guidelines: Your rating or review should be relevant to the product or service in question and should not contain any of the following: a) Offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate language or content. b) Personal information, such as names, phone numbers, or addresses. c) Promotional or advertising material. d) False or misleading information. e) Infringement of intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
  4. Moderation and removal: We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any rating or review at our discretion. We may do so if we believe the content violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable. To ensure authenticity, we will never adjust a star rating; this can only be edited by the reviewer. Any edits will be sent to the reviewer where they can approve or deny the changes before being published.
  5. No obligation to publish: While we encourage customer feedback, we are not obligated to publish all ratings or reviews submitted. We may selectively choose which reviews are displayed on our website.
  6. Confidentiality: Do not include any confidential or proprietary information in your rating or review. We assume no responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of any content you submit.
  7. Third-party websites: If your rating or review includes links to third-party websites, we are not responsible for the content or availability of those websites. The inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement or affiliation. By submitting your email address in connection with your content, you agree that Molten Store and its third-party service providers may use your email address to contact you about the status of your review and other administrative marketing purposes.
  8. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your rating or review, including any breach of these terms and conditions.
