Valentines Day Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18, except for employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.

The competition begins on the date specified by the Promoter and closes at 11.59pm on Feb 14 2023 as specified by the Promoter.

To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the Promoter's website and provide all required information, including their full name, email address, and contact number.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

The prize is one pair of diamond earrings valued at AUD $1,490. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be notified via email or phone within 14 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any other terms and conditions specified by the Promoter.

The Promoter is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the Promoter's website or in these terms and conditions.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
