Pre-loved fine jewellery does not include a traditional warranty, but we offer:
- One complimentary resize within two months of purchase
- Optional paid aftercare plans covering cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs

Pre-loved and antique jewellery is one-of-a-kind, so once it’s sold, it’s gone! If you love a design, we can explore a bespoke commission, but since bespoke jewellery is made from scratch, pricing is typically higher than the pre-loved equivalent.
